(Gotham City/Night time)

(Batman looks at the couple given to him by Death Hood/Using his Cowl Scanner)
(Analyzing the couple checking for DNA signature or finger prints)

Batman, There appears to be no DNA or finger prints on this couple. I'll have to
       the Bat Cave for further analysis.

(Looking back at the wreckage/He calls on the radio)

Batman, Alfred come in.

Alfred, I'm right here Sir.

Batman, I need you to contact Lucius for me. Tell him to sent a pickup for the
       Batmobile.
Alfred, I'll get right on it sir.

(Pulls out the Grappler then takes off)

(The GCPD HQ)
(Police are scrambling and going about there business/Police Commissioner Gordon walks)
(to his office/Door opens/Closes it behind/Goes over to his desk and sits down)
(Tired sighs/Camera pushes back for a moment Batman emerges from the darkness)

Batman, Tough night Jim?

Gordon, And how. We've spend the last three hours interrogating them.

Batman, What did you find out?

Gordon, Not much. Seems their Leader Death Hood is a mystery even to them. All they
       know that Death Hood is a name not a title. Which means..
Batman, Which means more than one person can be Death Hood.

Gordon, In any case they said their boss is planning a hostile takeover of Gotham
       City. He plans on becoming the ruling figure in Gotham. Something tells
       me that he's planning on something big. What about you?

(But before Batman can say something/Static noise in the background)
(Gordon and Batman along with the Police Department turn their attention outside)

(On the massive screen in Gotham Square/Death Hood appears on screen)

Batman, Death Hood.

Death Hood, Attention citizens of Gotham. As you know I playing my big blow out party.
           A party you may ask of what. Why my takeover of this city. For those of
           you who've just tuning in let me make something perfectly clear. I not
           only taking over Gotham but I'll be control Metropolis next. Once I deal
           with the so called super heroes of Gotham. My intentions are strictly
           no personal and I hold your right and freedom in the highest regard.
           Which is why anyone I'm going to stake my claim right now. And Batman
           I hope your watching because you and your friend Police Commissioner
           Gordon have 7 no 10 minutes to clear out the GCPD. Before I bring the
           rain. That's all now back to our regular scheduled programing.

Batman, Jim get everyone to clear out now!

(Gordon runs out the room/Whistling and shouting at everyone/The Police respond by)
(clearing out as much as possible/Guns ammo equipment everything/Scrambling around like)
(mad/The Officer leaving the building as quickly as they can)

(Loud whooshing noise above/Seeing a High-Tech Version of a F-16 Fighter Jet)

Gordon, Go go go!

(They're almost finish/Even louder whooshing/The F-16 flies past/It deploys Cluster)
(Bombs/Whistling noise)

Batman, Gordon get out of there!

(Batman grabs Gordon both making a mad dash away from the building/The Cluster bombs hit)
(Multiple explosion/Both yelling/As Batman and Gordon get blown back by the explosion)

(Minutes later the Fire Department and other Several GCPD teams and Swat Team gather)
(around the area/The News vans are everywhere covering the story)

Batman, Are you alright Jim.

Gordon, I'll live. So what's the official word.

Batman, A total of 20 are died. 30 were injured. We make it out alive.

Gordon, I don't get this. Who the hell bombs a Police Building for Christ sake's?

Batman, Clearly we're dealing with a extremely dangerous criminal here. He's playing
       for keeps.
(The Static on the TV appears/Death Hood appears on screen)

Death Hood, Tonight was just a sample of what I plan for Gotham. By the end of this
           week I'll have Gothan eating out the palm of my hands. So bring a bib.
           It's going to get messy. And by messy I mean...nevermind.

(Hours later/Bat Cave/Batman sitting at his computer looking at the picture of Death)
(Hood/He does a scan of the couple/Finding nothing)

Batman, Computer check the local Criminal Database on someone called Death Hood.

(Computer scanning)

Computer, Negative. No known criminals with the name Death Hood is listed in the
         Database.
Batman, Well that narrows it down to almost nothing.

(Nightwing enters the room/Looking at the picture of Death Hood)

Nightwing, So is this our boy?

Batman, Yes his name is Death Hood.

Nightwing, Seems we've got a new player in town. Word on the street is he's a relatively
          new guy in the criminal underworld. No one who've ever seen or heard of this
          guy. Looks like we've got our work cut out for us.
Batman, More than you know. Stay here and dig up as much as you can about our friend
       here.
Nightwing, Where are you going?

Batman, Out on patrol. Maybe I'll learn something about our new friend here.

(A minute later Batman hopping into the Batwing/Engines roaring)
(A Hidden door opens above the Cave and Batman takes off into the darkness)
