The King of Eyes is said to watch over many events that occured over the eons. But never directly involve itself in them.

It is said The King of Eyes works through it's servants. The Forgotten Soldiers. It is impossible to fully understand the motives behind The King of Eyes. The very nature of The King of Eyes is so alien and beyond comprehension. That to explain it. Would drive those who wish to understand to insanity.

It is said that The King of Eyes is a somewhat feared and misunderstood Outer Being. It's movites goes beyond what Cosmic Beings and Outer Beings would be considered normal.

The name means he who watches all. But even that maynot be fully understaned even by scholars and scientist. The King of Eyes have been reported to manifest over worlds were its prensence is felt by those who wish to speak to it. It's safe to say The King of Eyes doesn't appear to be a hostile Outer Being. Where many of its cousins are prone to violence and destruction. It would assume that The King of Eyes doesn't want destruction. Only observation is it's goal. Possibly on the same power level as the Child of Screams. Which means beings like Aloura The Darkness Gaia-Nexus Celestial Dragons The Abyss-Eater are a thousand times stronger than The King of Eyes.
